Grandparents' Day

As part of Catholic Schools Week, the P7 Children of St Paul’s PS invited their Grandparents into school for a special prayer service to celebrate Grandparents’ Day.

The children performed for their grandparents by singing and reading poems that they had written themselves for their grannies and grandas. They also took time to remember and cherish their grandparents who have passed away and those who were unable to attend.

Following the service everyone was treated to some refreshments, all of which were provided by the children. It was a wonderful occasion. Thank you to the teachers and classroom assistants for helping the children organise this special day.
