P4 Do This in Memory Mass Parent Rota

Please find attached a link to the parent rota for the forthcoming Do This in Memory Masses for children who are completing their First Holy Communion this year. There are five volunteers needed for each month over a period of eight months. If everyone volunteers only once throughout the year, that will be enough people to complete the roles at each Mass, so please try your best to help out. We currently have 20 roles filled but we still need another 20 parents/guardians. You are now able to select a month that suits you as well as choose a role that you would prefer to complete. If a month or an option is unavailable, that means there are enough people already for that Mass. If you select a night but are unable to attend, please ensure you arrange for someone else to fill the void.
