Pirate Day

P2 enjoyed “Pirate Day” at the end of our topic on pirates. We wrote fantastic stories and designed our own book covers using ICT. In Science, we have been learning about floating and sinking, and wind power too. We designed, built and raced our own boats. We made pirate hats and went on a hunt around the school gardens for chocolate treasure.

Congratulations to Danny who designed and built the winning boat, Martin who came 2^nd and Conor and Patrick who came joint 3^rd! Well done to all P2s for taking part.
